How is my price determined?
The price is based on the product, quantity, printing method, number of ink colors (screens), and one sided vs. two sided printing. Additionally, this pricing is all-inclusive, meaning that all costs (artwork fees, set-up fees, etc.) are already factored into our prices, and shipping in China is FREE!
Can I order one design on multiple shirt styles and/or colors?
Yes! As long as your design is the same on all, we can help you change it up with different shirt colors and styles. Give us a call at 0086-21-31261560 with this request and we'll make sure you save money on your order.
How many do I have to order?
Depending on what products you order. Meet the mark of ‘No minimum’----- You can order these types of products just one piece with digital printing. For standard apparel screen printing, the minimum order quantity is 6 (MOQ6), while the minimum for embroidery is 12(MOQ12). For full-custom apparel products, MOQ depends on the complexity of your products. Minimum quantity information for each of our products can be found in the product catalog.
What is the difference between screen printing and digital printing? Screen printing involves processes of creating films, screens (stencils) of your design, then using that to apply ink in layers onto a product. Digital printing takes your design straight from the computer and prints it directly onto your garment, as if you had a HP printer that printed on clothing instead of paper.
Theoretically screen printing can work on any type of products. So far Digital printing can work only on t-shirts, handkerchief, apron etc and only on light colors.
Can I get a sample before I place my order?
If you would like a sample of a product - blank or printed - before ordering, give us a call at 0086-21-31261560, and one of our service representatives will be happy to arrange shipment of a sample, usually for a small fee plus shipping costs, whenever possible.

1 You have a ready art work in one of any usual types of format----- Please submit or send it to us directly. 2 You have a hand drawing on paper----- Please scan it into your computer then submit or send it to us. What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?

Generally, if there is something wrong with your order which means differences against our final proof, or if it arrives later than agreed, then we'll work to correct, reproduce and replace your order or issue a refund if you let us know within 15 days of receiving your order.
Do I get a price break down for larger quantity?
Volume pricing is a basic policy of Teamstyle, meaning that as you increase your order quantity, the price per piece will go down.
